Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 60 days of purchase. Please be sure to use the email that was used when the order was placed.  All items must have tag(s) attached, be in the original packaging and not be washed to qualify for return.

For returns from the United States, please contact us at ecommerce@apothecaryproducts.com. Please be sure to use the email that was used when the order was placed. We will provide a prepaid return label.

For returns from Canada, please contact us at ecommerce@apothecaryproducts.com. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for Canadian returns.
